Description
SNAIGĖ laboratory freezer ensure the maximum stable internal temperature from -20 to -35 °C and its minimum fluctuations. Such conditions are suitable for the storage of medications, research samples, reagents, laboratory equipment.
The security systems installed in SNAIGĖ laboratory freezer are necessary to ensure the correct storage of products. An electronic controller installed in the freezer provides continuous monitoring of the temperature inside the freezer.
Optical and acoustic alarms will warn if the temperature rises or the power supply stops for any reason. In a power failure, the controller will operate for 24 hours. Temperatures are recorded and transmitted via via Mobile APPs (connected via Bluetooth). We also offer BOSS monitoring system for a data transfer via RS485 network.
SNAIGĖ laboratory freezers are made from the highest quality materials and components to ensure efficient refrigeration and stable operation. As in all SNAIGĖ refrigerators, we use the ecological refrigerant R290. The ergonomic design of the cabinets makes them easy to maintain and clean.
STANDART FEATURES
- Contactless control and register of temperature data and warnings
The CONTROLLA app makes it possible to connect to the freezer controller via a contactless network using. This app also enables control over the refrigerator, while the user can download temperature reports and view alert history. The temperature in the freezer controller is recorded every 20 minutes. - Temperature stability
The freezer is designed to maintain maximum stable temperature and minimal fluctuations. - Integrated data logger
The memory of the SNAIGĖ laboratory freezer electronic controller stores the last five alarm records (with alarm date and duration) and a 6-month temperature measurement summary (with measurement date and time) are stored in the memory of the electronic controller. These data stored in the controller’s memory can be downloaded to the e-mail box via the CONTROLLA app. In addition, the app can be used to select the required period of temperature measurement summary: from one day to half a year. - Warning of electricity supply failure
In the event of the electricity supply failing, the battery provides sufficient energy for the registration of temperature readings and the operation of the warning signal (audio and visual) for the next 24 hours. - Warning temperature alarm
In order to ensure the maximum safety of stored medications, the integrated warning temperature alarm sends a warning signal with sound and image when a certain temperature value exceeds or falls below the set limit. - Warning register
Warning signals must be monitored to ensure the stored medications retain their quality and integrity. Important data are recorded in the register: date of warning, duration, highest temperature. The last five warnings are stored in the memory of the electronic controller. If the user does not delete them, they are overwritten by the FIFO method and stored in the controller’s memory. - Warning messages on the screen
The temperature warning is displayed on the controller screen until it is manually removed. This ensures that those in charge will respond in time to any critical temperature changes in the freezer. - Display of minimum and maximum temperature on the screen
Medications are extremely sensitive to temperature changes. For this reason, the maximum and minimum temperature values of the freezer can be viewed directly on the screen of the electronic controller and the causes of temperature fluctuations can be eliminated in time. The display of minimum and maximum temperatures on the screen is an additional tool for temperature control in the freezer. - Access to an additional external sensor
An additional external sensor can be attached if required for additional control of the temperature of medication storage in the refrigerator. SNAIGĖ laboratory freezers are equipped with a 12.5 mm diameter access for an additional external sensor, which helps avoid any negative effect of the cables of the external sensor on the sealing strip of the door, the tightness of the freezer and the risk to the personnel caused by the cables of the sensor. - LED lighting
The interior lighting of SNAIGĖ laboratory freezer is not just efficient – it’s also smart: the light turns on only when the door of the freezer is opened. This way, medications are protected from excess light, and most importantly, energy costs are reduced. - Self-closing door
The door of the SNAIGĖ laboratory freezer closes automatically, without any risk of the door bouncing. This ensures convenience and safety for medical personnel in their daily use of the freezer, and also completely eliminates the risk of the freezer door being accidentally left open. The self-closing door contributes to maintaining a stable temperature, as well as supporting the integrity of stored products. - Mechanical door lock for a safe storage of medicines
- Changeable direction of the door opening
- Replaceable door sealing strip

The settings of the controller can be changed using the CAREL CONTROLLA mobile devices, which are connected to the controller via Bluetooth.
APPs can be downloaded from the Google Play or App Store websites.
